The product is of good quality, it works very well and arrived soon but arrived with a fissure probably from the courier but only came protected with plastic bubble and unicel, i would suggest a cardboard or mdf box, out of there everything excellent

Absolutely Perfect! I LOVE IT SO MUCH AND IT CAME SO FAST!! Ordered June 6th and came June 18th! It fits all my pets individually (lap dogs and cat). Has a side pouch for a water bottle. Lots of holes/mesh for the animal to breathe. Also, spacious enough for the animal to sit or lay down. Even has a clip where you can attach the dogs collar so they can't jump out when releasing. Comfortable to wear and pretty good quality and pricing. the shell is hard and thick plastic. Fabric and stitching is pretty good but time will tell if it's super good (will write more feedback after some use). The tracking was on point and received it right on the first date of estimated time of delivery. The seller wrapped the backpack w/ lots of bubble wrap to back sure it didnt deliver damaged which is wonderful. Comes with two different window options and a mat with a rough and soft side. As a gift, the seller also sent a charm with the backpack! So cute!! I'm definitely buying another one for my mother!

Superb. Very fast shipment and reached within 2 weeks. It's smaller than i thought. It's more for cats rather for dogs. Maybe Mini poodles and chihuahua are able to fit in comfortably. Overall, great!
